BCI Annual Company Retreat
It’s that time again! Time for the BCI annual company retreat. For those of you attending, we will close the company down on Friday, October 4th for the day. We will all meet up at Hill & Dale Club in Medina, OH for a day of fun, food, and hanging out with our BCI family. This day gives us all an opportunity to get to know some of the folks that we might not get to see that often. It’s always a great time.
All meals will be provided as well as drinks (assortment of beers, soda and water) and snacks. There will be other various activities to engage in after dinner such as poker, euchre, axe throwing, horseshoes, corn-hole and volleyball. Other unsanctioned events such as, but not limited to “how many cheese balls can you fit into your mouth” may occur but are not endorsed.
NO PERSONAL FIREARMS!!
for those participating in the shooting event, shotguns are provided, you may bring your personal shotgun to be used only in that event. NO ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION PRIOR TO, OR DURING THE EVENT – NO EXCEPTIONS
****Please arrive by 10:00am on Friday morning to get your tent set up. Lunch will be served at 11:00am and the events will commence at 12:30pm. Dinner will be served upon everyone’s return.
We will break down camp by noon on Saturday but if anyone wants to linger for the day and relax, please do but you’ll need to make your own arrangements for food, etc.

**Alcohol consumption for those who are driving home after dinner is discouraged.

There are 2 entrances to the club. The main entrance on Poe Road has a very large dip in the drive. If you are pulling your small camper, you WILL NOT make it. Please use the back entrance on River Styx Rd.
