BCI Relocates Corporate Headquarters to Powell, Ohio – Press Release

Building Control Integrators is excited to announce their expansion and relocation of their corporate headquarters to Powell, Ohio in Delaware County. Their new address is 383 N Liberty St, Powell, Ohio 43065 Building Control Integrators (BCI) is a well-respected building automation contractor with more than 17 years’ experience in providing building automation systems for mission critical facilities including hospitals, laboratories, data centers, higher education, K-12 facilities, and commercial. They provide design/build expertise as well as turnkey construction. BCI started in business in 2000 in Hilliard Ohio by Jon Fulton. Over the last 17 years, they have grown close to 100 employees in 5 office locations including Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, East Lansing MI and Pittsburgh, PA. The move to the completed renovated 20,000sf facility brings over 50 jobs to Powell with plans to add additional jobs in years to come. Adam Sleeper, President of BCI, explains that the decision to move to Powell from their home of more than 17 years was difficult, and only made after the leadership team completed a thorough search and review of all the options. Ultimately, the decision was unanimous that the Powell property was the best fit for the company today and growth in the future.
