Owners and building managers need systems that are cost effective to install. The open-protocol nature of our products gives investors the freedom of choice to mix and match different manufacturers’ products with the BCI’s commercial building automation system. Building management systems also need to be simple to manage. Our uncomplicated software makes it easy to monitor and control buildings from a single work seat, multiple seats on a network, or remotely via the internet, with customizable floor plans and reports, and easy-to-understand graphics.
Reducing the cost and complexity of managing multi-tenant buildings through individual energy metering and management, and smarter maintenance management.
