Phase.1 of the Student Housing project included a five-building, 914-bed, living-learning residential complex made up of four hosting buildings along with a central learning common building. This was on of the first major project BCI installed at Ohio University. This project included Delta’s enteliWEB front end with 5 AHU’s, 25 pumps, 25 VFD’s, 40 head pumps, 18 unit headers and over 750 fans Coil units.

BCI has also completed the installation for the High Bay project including new installation of Delta Controls BAS integrating 3 Cooling Towers, CWS, HWS, Condensate Return Monitoring, Air Curtain Systems, Exhaust Air System, Power Monitoring, Steam Meter Monitoring, and Scrubber Exhaust System.

    Building control integrators is proud have partnered with Michigan State University, Clark Construction and FTCH, and John E. Green. Business College was an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) project. This was MSU’s second Lean/IPD project on campus, a true multi-contract agreement with close collaboration among the Owner, Design Team, Construction Manager and Trade Partner throughout the planning, design, and construction phases. As a dedicated partner, BCI installed 3 AHU’s, Over 250 VAVs, fan coil units, hot water system, chiller, and a snow melt system. BCI collaborated with the owner to provide an enhanced sequence of operations for the control of the building.
